These are posted within the game, but just in case some of you check here first:

April 12th

    * The value (and cost!) of many engineering components has been lowered. Mostly the animal bits.
    * All armor/clothing has been altered. They now reduce damage received, rather than alter your defense rolls (which now depend on your stats as usual).
    * Removed the rat attacks from the road between Casa Vista and Nicoma Park, as it was just annoying.
    * Added a simple new quest in Choctaw, talk to Joe for it.
    * When a quest is updated, you'll now get a popup informing you and displaying the relevant information. There is a new option in your settings to turn that off if you'd rather it stay in your console.
    * The contributions tool now takes recipes too.

April 11th

    * New area is up: Choctaw Hunting Grounds. You can find it south of the road between Nicoma Park and Choctaw. Watch your step!
