How about a warcrafty style symbol above questgivers? natrually you only want this in towns, as not to spoil all the fun of talking to weird strangers when exploring...

That's actually in there, but I'm not sure that all of them are set up to display it. I'll make myself a note to finish that up. I believe Moore and Casa Vista are pretty complete.
