Topic: Radiation

Try not to get Irradiated for the next week or so. That effect is getting some changes, and I didn't really have a way to implement them without modifying the actual effect. You might see some strange behavior if you have that one. In a few days when I upload, it shouldn't be a problem any more.

Changes to Irradiated:

1. No longer prevents you from eating and drinking.
2. Effect depends on severity. The more radiation you have, the worse and more likely the effects.
3. Effects range from nausea and headaches that keep you from resting, to vomiting blood, and death.
4. Irradiated will not decrease over time. You'll have to seek treatment to lower the effect.
5. There will be some new items available that give a nice health boost, but increase your Irradiated (pre-war food).

This also added a new item to the stores in Moore and Meers: Spirupill.
