Monster Avatars!

I saw a nifty little code thing, and couldn't resist.

Everybody now has an avatar. If you already specified/uploaded one, you still have that one. If you have specified you don't want to see avatars, you still won't. Otherwise you'll get a randomly generated avatar based on your user name. Anybody that's interested in making new graphics for the monsters can holler at me.
