Cockroaches are getting tedious I must say. Spencers still own me in about 3 shots... being stealthy too... still can't find the bow i won in the auction?

Check your Mutie Mail...you should have received a message saying that you won the item in an auction. The bow should be in that message. Click on "Take Goodies" and the bow should be added into your inventory.
If your inventory was full when you did it....Hmmmm....I haven't tested that out yet. Ask Brother Erryn what happens when you try taking an item from your Mutie Mail with a full inventory.
You'll still need some arrows to go along with the bow, but missile weapons certainly do help. If you don't get any arrows to go with your bow, try just hiding directly behind a tree where he can't shoot at you. He'll come into melee range (eventually) and just whack him good with your baseball bat. Of course, you'll also have to put up with the two thugs as well.
I think I've experienced this deja vu before...
