Every action you spend takes a point of buffs away, which includes the action you spend healing. The buffs represent something that takes time to wear off...which is represented by actions.

This could be taken into consideration though Erryn, I think that maybe you could pay Morales $X (1?2?) and he would remove all status debufs?

I don't see a monk being able to suddenly remove buffs. Remember, bounty is a buff too!
Now, I could see special instances or items that can remove certain types of buffs. There could maybe be a radiation treatment that cuts your radiation poisoning buff, for example.

WARNING - SCIENCE ALERT!!!
In real life, iodine pills are used to protect against certain types of radioactive isotopes. Specifically, Iodine-131. Massive doses of non-radioactive Iodine prevent the body in general (and thyroid gland in particular) from absorbing any radiation from I-131. Iodine 135 comes from nuclear power plants, and iodine pills also prevent the absorption of this isotope into the body.
If you're looking for something to help prevent radiation poisoning, make some Iodine pills.
I think I've experienced this deja vu before...

Except we could call sed pills 'Anti-Rad' or 'Rad-Away' or 'Pills that help deal with that pesky radioactive wasteland side effect known as radiation poisoning'

Woo, yea, one of my best items to date I think... really loving the shading tools in GIMP, which I just downloaded at work today.

The GIMP is very nice...and it's free! As with most of the Open Source stuff out there, it does about 85% of what the proprietary stuff does. GIMP isn't quite up to Photoshop, but it's good enough for most people. Same with OpenOffice.Org and Microsoft Office.
