Topic: QUEST CHAIN: Vengeance of a Madman [POTENTIAL SPOILER]
Lets say the quests starts like so:
You fight a spencer goon, and it turns out he's acking some pretty awesome weaponry. You kill him, and gain his busted weapon. It starts a quest. You go and see one of the engineer NPCs. They scratch their heads, look confused, and take it off. Meanwhile, you get asked to search the area where you found the goon - a junkyard or something. SHOCK! HORROR! WHAT THE HECK IS THAT!

Will not continue this for now, as I have no time. Basically, it turns out that some scientist has taken advantage of the postwar climate, and is selling decent weapons to the tribes and creating surgical freaks from the human guniea pigs they give in exchange. Creepy huh?
